you can import/add single person in IE & sVMS, you are required to input a name and ID #
If you want to import multiple users use sVMS software only and import pictures in a selected folder not a file (still looking for that, asked Hugo).
Put all pictures in a folder, pictures can be no larger than 960x960pixels, the name format for pictures should be:
name_id#_sex.jpg (sex is number 1=Male, 2=Femail)
e.g. Frank Thomas_31_1.jpg
Import in sVMS in Face Manage button / List Import tab and select the device in the left panel. Make sure you have correct List Type selected, browse to the folder by clicking Select Folder, then click the Import button.
