The software file is in a .rar file format so the customer will need to extract the software install using Winzip or 7zip to be able to extract the install setup. If they do not have Winzip on their pc, 7zip should be on their computer as it comes standard now on windows pc's.


Once they are in 7zip, open the K3 Pro-English file then open the folder labeled CH340 driver and then click SETUP.EXE. This will install the driver needed before installing the software.


Once the driver install is complete, open the folder labeled "soft" and run setup.msi, this will install the software.


When the install is complete they can connect the device to their computer and it should automatically launch the software. If it does not they will need to go into their C: drive and locate the file "K3 Pro" and launch the software. 


Once they have connected the device to their computer and turn it on, in the software they will need to click the "Connect" button at the top of the window. 


If it does not connect, have them turn the device off and close the software. Then launch the software and then turn the device on and it should show Success


From here they will be able to change all of the settings for the device as well as on the display.


To export the data from the device, click on the "Save As" button, this will create a .txt file with all of that days data. But if they would prefer a excel file, they will need to change the file type at the bottom of the window to a .csv file and click save.
