Customers can use this tool to factory reset their device if they say that they cannot log in to the web interface and also that their devices IP does not show in the sVMS2000 software to be able to click "upgrade" in the Device Config tab. 



Once they start the app, they will need to click the search tab at the top and this will populate their devices IP in the spreadsheet. 



Once the IP populates, select the device and then click the reset button at the bottom right. The tool will run and their device will reboot and will be set back to its original factory setting which should allow them to log in with the original username and password before that came with the device.
