My @trip PC software still does not show the Map after I install the Patch File Print

Please close the @trip PC program, then Rename or Delete the \atrip folder.

For Windows /7/8/10:

Please go to C:\Users\Your login name\AppData\Roaming\Mobile Action\. There is a folder [ \atrip], please rename or delete this folder, then open the @trip PC program to download or import your GPS data again.

Note: The atrip folder is hidden folder, please refer to the link below to show this folder. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-file
