Using the SG Home Smart Phone App
1. Make sure your Camera is selected from the menu icon in the top left corner or the App
2. Select the Gear icon to the right of the camera you want to upgrade
3. Select Camera Info in the Setup screen
4. Select the Firmware Upgrade button in the Camera Info screen
5. Select the UPDATE button
Important: Once a SG Home device has been upgrade to a Cloud Recording camera you cannot revert back to an SD card recording camera
After you select the upgrade button you will be reverted back to the Setup screen, please wait approximately 60 seconds for your camera's firmware to be updated. You will not be able to access the camera to view live-streaming video until the update has completed. You will know the update has completed by going back to the Camera screen and selecting the camera image, once you see live-streaming video the update is complete. You are now ready to select your cloud subscription.
