A:
1. MAKE SURE THE MOBILE INTERNET IS NOT ON AND THE MOBILE DEVICE IS ONLY CONNECTED TO YOUR HOME WIFI
2. FORGET THE HOME WIFI CONNECTION ON THE PHONE SETTINGS AND RECONNECT IT BACK
3. RESET ROUTER AND POWER CYCLE THE MOBILE DEVICE
4. LOG OUT/IN ON THE SG HOME APP
5. UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE APP
6. IF NONE OF THIS WILL WORK, TRY SETTING UP THE CAMERA USING ANOTHER PHONE/ TABLET
